Conversation Lounge


Conversation Game

We played "Conversation Game" with Darren and Petrick.
They gave us a piece of paper. The paper was written one question. For example, "When you raise son or daughter, what is best important thing ?". And we talked with partner. Then we exchanged our piece of paper. We changed partner continuously. We could think about many kind of situations. Also We improved communication ability. The game is not boring . never:-) !!


No gesture game

This game is that people divide into 2 team and 1 person explains word then others corret answer.
But, No gesture! Only English! You don't say forbidden word in quention card.
If you say right answer in 20 seconds, you get 2 points. In 30 seconds, you get 1 point.

If you can't correct answer, 0 point.ㅠㅠ
Nathan and Terri were guiding us. They were so cute and funny!
This game was a confrontation between our team and the other team.
So, very exciting and interesting!
Finally our team won because of me.(I was correcting a lot of answer, Haha)

Experience Game

With professor Alex and Kelly, Each three students among the whole class played a game that talked about our experiences in the past.

First, We sat around the chair in the class room and prof, Alex asked us that "Have you ever gone to the D.M.Z " and said us that everyone had to wait except having same experiences.

Second, The one who were sitting until the last time told us that story that he went through.

Third, After saying that topic, the last man asked us the other question and then over and over repeated.

Finally, Experiencing the above three games, We can learn about the another country 's game. So we were very excited and interested.
Also,We can improve our speaking ability by meeting many students.
I recommend that You never miss this chance.

Amusing Game with Classmates.



In the Gacheon glober leader camp, We can play a lot of sports in the GYM such as table tennis,badminton and billiards.

It was not only interesting game but also good connection tools to build a friendship among our classmates.

Af the dinner and in our free times, we usually went to the GYM for reducing our stress and playing a game on a bet for our amusement.

Almost half camp period has been passed since we first met but We must keep in mind that we can speak English well !!

Green tea has become one of the most popular dietary supplements, whether taken in pill form or consumed as a beverage. This is because research continues to demonstrate the potential health benefits of green tea and its main constituent, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). One of the many proposed benefits of green tea is as a weight loss aid. While green tea continues to shine, the potential benefits of other teas (black tea, white tea, and oolong tea) for weight loss are not as well studied.

A new weight loss research report published online ahead of print in the journal Nutrition, examined the possible benefits of a black tea extract rich in black tea polyphenols (antioxidants) for weight loss in pre-clinical animal studies[1]. In their first study, weight loss researchers measured the activity of an enzyme responsible for lipid (fat) absorption in a cell culture system. Additional studies determined the effects of this black tea polyphenol extract on blood lipid levels in rats and body weight in mice. The results of these studies were very positive:

The black tea polyphenol extract substantially reduced the activity of the enzyme involved in fat absorption.

This would be equal to 35 grams of black tea polyphenols in a person that weighs about 150 lbs,which is a massive amount! Therefore, studies to determine if lower doses are effective will be needed. While additional research into the weight loss benefits of black tea are clearly needed, this new research suggests that black tea might have a future place as part of a healthy weight management plan.
